We recognised that we needed a classic online retailer approach that would reassure potential customers about possible concerns as
well as the obvious benefits - so we created an ad structure that covered four key elements - CONVENIENCE, TRUST, CHOICE and VALUE
Despite COVID-19 we shot on location while observing all the APA guidelines. The end result is 2 x 30 secs ads and 2 x 10 second versions
