Upward Care is a Birmingham-based care provider making a real difference in people's lives. They help both young and old clients maintain their independence through thoughtfully designed accommodation and personalized support. We were asked to show how well residents live independently while also recruiting new caregivers. The TV advertisement centers on the "everyday heroes" concept, highlighting how the exceptional care each resident receives enables them to live fulfilling, independent lives.
We filmed at three locations over two days, meeting the fantastic Upward Care team and hearing incredibly inspiring client stories. Despite one crew member battling food poisoning through the final day of filming, we pushed through and captured some truly moving content.
